Signal.
Three days where your body decides.
A month of biometric preparation before you arrive. Three days on a specific piece of land. A way that emerges minute to minute.
How it works
The longer you wear them,
the more precisely Signal speaks.
What happens is built
before you arrive.
A ring and a pendant arrive a month before the event. You put them on. They start building a picture of you. They're yours. The event is the beginning of that practice, not the end. Already wear an Oura or have Apple Health data? Connect it. Signal reads deeper.
HRV · Sleep architecture · Readiness · Strain · Body temp · Respiratory rate
You show up to a
specific piece of land.
You arrive. 1500 acres. A river. Hills. No agenda. A haptic wristband is waiting when you check in: small, minimal, purpose-built. You put it on.
One property · One weekend · No agenda · One haptic device
until it bends.
At some point,
your wrist vibrates.
You look down. Follow the river until it bends.
Haptic delivery · Timed to your physiology · One waypoint at a time
Where you stay
Your own space.
The weekend
What's there
Fire. Cold water. A wood-fired sauna. 1500 acres of land. No schedule. No programme. Signal has your data. The rest is yours.
The fire
Flame. Warmth. Late into the night.
The cold
Cold water. The Allyn, straight off the Barrington Tops.
The sauna
Wood-fired. Heat. A long sit.
The land
1500 acres. Open ground. Walk.
The river
River. Rapids. Swim.
The trail
Uphill. Views. Your body working.
The work
Wood. Tools. Your hands.
Alone
Open space. Quiet. Nothing required.
The hike
Long walk. Elevation. Most of the day.
Your own camp
Signal led you here.
What is Southerly
Your data.
Three days on
a specific piece of land.
Most experiences start when you arrive. Southerly starts before. A month minimum: enough for Signal to build a working picture of your physiology. Connect existing Oura or Apple Health data and Signal goes deeper.
Here is how it works. Your HRV has been above your baseline for 36 hours. Sleep quality high. Movement low for three days. Signal reads a readiness window. The conditions are right. Your wrist vibrates: Go up. Keep going until the view opens.
The three days are unstructured. Signal is designed to monitor biometrics in real time. When conditions align, it sends a prompt to move to the next location on the land.
The science underneath
What Signal builds
before you arrive
A multi-source biometric portrait
Multiple wearables running simultaneously: minimum a month, longer if you connect existing Oura or Apple Health data. Tracking HRV, sleep architecture, body temperature, strain, recovery, respiratory rate, readiness. A picture of how your body actually moves through time. Each sensor captures something different.
The invisible load
What wearables can't see gets factored in. The pendant captures voice: a daily record of what you ate, how you slept subjectively, what's on your mind. Cognitive load. Stress sources. Calendar density. Signal reads the whole picture, not just the numbers. By the time you arrive, Signal has built a working picture of your physiology and what it might respond to.
A readiness window, not a schedule
Signal is looking for a convergence: HRV above baseline, sleep in a good run, the weather and the river workable. When they line up, Signal fires. Not before.
Who this is for
Six people per event. Different backgrounds, different reasons.
What they share is that the timing was right.
You're curious what Signal would say
Thirty days of your own data. A specific piece of land. You want to see what it surfaces.
You want something that finds you
Three days with no agenda. Signal fires when the data says so. You show up and see what happens.
You want something real
Three days on a specific piece of land. Your physiology running the agenda. No programme, no itinerary.
